NOTICE RE MINERAL CONTENT: IMPORTANT - In June 2003 Water Oz obtained a Thermo Jarrell Ash 61ETrace analyzer Emission Spectrometer, Inductively Coupled [Argon] Plasma (ICP) with state-of-the-art technology for accurately testing the parts per million (PPM) of mineral content of each of their mineral products. What is on the label is what is in the container, each batch being verified by the ICP machine within accepted tolerances.
Prior to this, a TDS meter was used to verify measurement. TDS numbers were found to be inflated and completely inaccurate for measuring the mineral content compared to the (ICP) machine readouts. Water Oz have since made the ICP machine their standard measuring device for checking the mineral content of their products.
It may be that other companies continue to use the TDS meter which will give higher values which may be wildly inaccurate and inflated.

The pH Factor
The pH balance in the body is one of the most pertinent factors that affect the health of the body. pH stands for parts of hydrogen The ideal pH of the body is indicated when the urine is 6.6 and the saliva is 7.4. There are two pH's in the body which are intra and extra cellular and keeping them in the proper range keeps the polarities of the body in the proper position for optimum electrical impulses, meaning nitrogen and oxygen are at the ideal balance in the body. The pH in the body controls fat. Alkaline elements break down fat. Cell's that are anaerobic are nitrogen breathing cancerous cells. The always have a very low pH. Aerobic cells, which are oxygen breathing, are healthy cells; they have a high pH. Having an alkaline system will help to prevent cancer. Both pH's are supposed to stay as far away from each other as possible. If both pH's in the body meet death occurs. The lower pH, mostly for extra cellular fluids, should be 4.5 or lower. A higher pH, for inter cellular fluids should be 6.9 or higher. pH test kits test the upper pH. Most people do not have a problem with high pH.

Most minerals should be taken early in the day (unless otherwise specified) except for Silver, which is best taken separately. After brushing your teeth, rinse with Silver (and swallow). It can help stop flouride damage and gum infection.
If you experience some constipation from taking the Calcium, increase your Magnesium intake. This should remedy the situation. Stabilized Oxygen will help prevent constipation, also; 10 drops in 8-oz. water twice daily.
Gold, Calcium, and Copper promote a restful sleep. Do not take Copper on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea.
Molybdenum is a powerful mineral that stays in the blood (as does Iron). Discontinue its use after 30 days and take one tsp. per week thereafter.
Selenium and Iron are very powerful minerals, so please only take 1 teaspoon (tsp.) daily unless otherwise directed. They are both minerals that will affect your sleep pattern, also, if not taken early in the day.
Copper and Selenium may cause irritability.
Silver may be taken daily, if desired. It is generally for use, however, when one is ill. If your immune system is lacking, it may be taken as a secondary support immune system.
Stabilized Oxygen is highly concentrated so do not exceed 20 drops per day unless otherwise recommended.
Use the WaterOz Body Alkalizer daily to raise your pH. Squeeze 2-3 drops in an 8-oz. glass of water, stir, and drink. Use it in milk to help fight lactose intolerance, or in salsa or other highly acidic foods (such as orange juice or lemon juice) to neutralize the acid. It is important that the Body Alkalizer be taken either ½ hour before a meal or 2-3 hours after a meal. Don't drink your Alkalizer water with your meal. Our Body Alkalizer helps control fat and kills parasites.
It is vital that you drink at least 9 glasses of water daily - MINIMUM.

WaterOz does not follow the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) suggested by the FDA when we recommend dosages of our mineral waters. Due to the fact that our products are completely absorbable, unlike anything the FDA has ever tested, commonly known measurements do not apply to our products. Work with your health care practitioner to establish appropriate dosages for your individual needs.
Having an understanding of the basic minerals needs in your body and how minerals work is the best way to figure out what your deficiencies are.
The WaterOz minerals do not have to be refrigerated. They last indefinitely. We do not recommend mixing the various minerals together to store them, although it is fine to put them in the same container and then drink them.
